Mental health affects us all, that means anyone who wants to look after their mental well being. You may be someone who has a mental illness or someone who wants to look after their wellbeing mentally, just as you would physically.
Heart-Tay-Heart was created by Dundee people who have a passion and determination to encourage a different conversation around mental health. It is the bringing together of a range of Mental Health Charities. During Dundee Mental Health Week (21 – 28 April, 2017) they have arranged a programme of activities which will provide for a variety of interests.
The programme is laid out by organiser and not in date order.
Some activities require advance booking
Some activities are simply turn up but again please check the details for anything required.
There are many more activities happening not featured in the programme
Please keep an eye on the Heart Tay Heart facebook page: www.facebook.com/HeartTayHeart for further events.

We will be holding two promotional events for Fife LEADER in May. The first will be held on Thursday 18th at The Elgin hotel in Charlestown, the second will be Tuesday 30th May at Falkland centre for stewardship in Falkland Estate.
The events will consist of a presentation in the morning, where we will explain the LEADER Programme and the funding available and there will be guest speakers from other programmes offering support and funding. We will also have a presentation from one of the current LEADER projects.
In the afternoon we will be holding a drop in session where our speakers will be on hand to answer any questions and queries.
You can circulate and promote the event to your networks and register your own attendance for the presentation using the Eventbrite link below. Spaces for the presentation are limited so those wishing to attend will need to register their space.
